Shipping Protection Insurance Policy

This policy is provided by Manchester Factory, an ecommerce website, for the protection of its customers against loss or damage to their purchases during shipping.

1. Coverage: The insurance covers the replacement value of the item being shipped and is limited to the cost of the item, including any applicable taxes, shipping, and handling charges.

2. Eligible Purchases: All items purchased on Manchester Factory and shipped within Australia are eligible for coverage under this policy.

3. Exclusions: This policy does not cover damage or loss resulting from acts of nature (such as floods, earthquakes, and hurricanes), war, terrorism, or any other similar events outside of the control of Manchester Factory. Claims Process: In the event of loss or damage, the customer must notify Manchester Factory within 3 business days of receipt of the item. Manchester Factory will then initiate a claim on behalf of the customer with the shipping carrier and, if the claim is approved, will provide a replacement item or issue a refund to the customer.

5. Limitation of Liability: Manchester Factory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the loss or damage of the items being shipped.
