Where are you located?

We are now an online-only business, based in Sydney. All orders are fulfilled through our Australian warehouses.

What are your delivery charges?

We deliver across Australia and New Zealand. Shipping is $11.95, with free shipping on orders over $149.99. Bulky items and brand partner items may incur additional fees. For more details, visit our Shipping & Delivery page.

I’m having trouble using my discount code. What can I do?

Ensure your code is valid, hasn’t expired, and isn’t being combined with other discounts. If you still face issues, contact us at speaktous@manchesterfactory.com.au.

Do you accept change of mind returns for online orders?

Yes, we accept returns within 30 days. Items must be in original condition. Refunds may incur a $12 restocking fee. Some products, such as pillows and quilts, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. See our full Returns & Exchanges policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal, Afterpay, Zippay, Klarna, Openpay, Latitude Pay, and Humm.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from our Australian warehouses, with some products fulfilled by brand partners and shipped from their locations.

How long does shipping take?

Where is my order?

Tracking details will be sent via email. If you don’t receive them, check your junk folder or contact us if needed. For missing or delayed parcels, contact the courier directly.

My order arrived, but it’s missing an item.

Are your products available in-store?

No, we are now an online-only business, and all products are available exclusively on our website.

How do I get notified about out-of-stock items?

Do you part-ship pre-orders and in-stock items?
